01 — Social Media & Content Creator
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Location: Remote / Pakistan
We are looking for a creative and strategic content creator to manage and grow Avlora's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. You will be responsible for developing content that educates, inspires, and converts — while staying true to our brand aesthetic and voice.
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of skincare and beauty content trends
- Experience creating high-quality photo and video content
- Excellent written communication skills in English and/or Urdu
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
02 — Customer Experience Associate
Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote / Pakistan
As the voice of Avlora, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A patient, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently and calmly
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
03 — E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator
Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote / Pakistan
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven marketing coordinator to support our e-commerce operations, email campaigns, paid advertising, and overall digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with the founder to execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
What we are looking for:
- Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in the beauty and skincare industry
04 — Brand Ambassador
Type: Freelance / Commission-Based | Location: Nationwide
Are you passionate about skincare and love sharing your honest opinions with your community? We are building a network of Avlora Brand Ambassadors — individuals who genuinely believe in our products and want to represent the brand authentically across their social platforms and personal networks.
What we are looking for:
- Active presence on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- Authentic passion for skincare and clean beauty
- Ability to create engaging, honest content
- Strong personal brand and engaged following (any size welcome)
