⏱️ Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.


🚚 How to Initiate a Return

Returning is easy — just follow these 3 steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at avlorastore76@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Step 2 — Get Approval Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send you a return confirmation with instructions.

Step 3 — Ship It Back Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address provided in the confirmation email. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here's what happens:

  • ✅ Approved → Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • ❌ Rejected → You'll receive an email explaining why, and the item will be returned to you

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).


🔄 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or variant received
  • Damaged or defective products

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention in your email that you'd like an exchange instead of a refund.


💔 Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality control seriously — but if something slips through, we will make it right immediately.

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

🎁 Gifted Items

Received an Avlora product as a gift? We've got you covered.

  • You may exchange a gifted item for store credit of equal value
  • The original purchaser will not be notified
  • Gift returns must also be initiated within the 7-day window
