  • Customs & Duties (International): International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

😟 Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

For damaged orders:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Email us at avlorastore76@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly

For lost orders:

  2. Allow 2–3 extra business days beyond the estimated delivery date
